Animating a player Citizens NPC
Finally you can animate any Citizens player NPC!
Make the NPC animatable and change skin
Then change the skin using the ItemsAdder command:/iaentity citizens playerskin <playerName|skinUrl>

Optional: getting/uploading custom skins
You can get a list of possible skins and even upload your own!
Make head rotate
You can make the NPC look at nearby players by using this command, more info on Citizens wiki./npc look

Playing animation
You can play an animation using this command: /iaentity citizens anim play <animation>
